The Website is operated by Nurio Ltd (“Nurio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated in England and Wales.
These Terms apply only to use of the Website. Access to and use of the Nurio software platform is governed by a separate written agreement entered into between Nurio and its customers.
2. Purpose of the Website
The Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only, including to:
- Describe Nurio and its products
- Share high-level information about regulatory change management
- Allow users to contact us or request demonstrations
The Website may also provide a login mechanism that enables authorised customers to access the Nurio software platform.
3. Access to the Nurio Platform
Access to and use of the Nurio software platform is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Nurio and the relevant customer.
These Terms do not govern use of the Nurio platform, even where access to the platform is initiated via the Website.
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a customer agreement, the customer agreement shall prevail.
4. No Advice or Reliance
All content on the Website is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Website constitutes:
- Legal advice
- Regulatory advice
- Compliance advice
- A representation that any regulatory obligation will be met
